Tonto Dikeh Establishes New NGO

Nollywood actress, Tonto Dikeh has unveiled her Charity Foundation to be known as the Tonto Dikeh Foundation.

Addressing journalists recently, the controversial actress cum singer said that she is excited about the Foundation explaining that it would cater for abused women in the society and those saddled with unwanted pregnancies as a result of molestation/rape as well as motherless children.

“Today is a beautiful day for me, today is the official kick-off of the Tonto Dikeh Foundation. The Tonto Dikeh Foundation is a non-profit organisation, which carters for abused women, unwanted pregnancy as a result of molestation/rape and motherless children all around the world. We are coming with a special package and are passionate about this.

“I have teamed up with hospitals, clinics, different charity organisations, churches, mosques, well-meaning personalities in the society and government, and I believe together we can save souls,” she said in her address.

I have what it takes to compete with Buhari, Tambuwal replies Tinubu

Sokoto State Governor, Aminu Tambuwal, on Monday said, if he wanted to, he could contest for the presidency on the platform of the All Progressives Congress, as he has what it takes to compete with President Muhammadu Buhari. He made this known while reacting to the statement of the APC National Leader, Ahmed Tinubu, about his exit from the ruling party.
