Coal City Road Block is a music and comedy concert created to showcase and encourage entertainment in Enugu state for its indigenes and residents. It’s a yearly event in Enugu and it happens to be the biggest event Happening in the eastern part of Nigeria..it has hosted so many well acclaimed musical artistes both in  Nigeria and outside. RoadBlock4 is taking place on the 20th of Dec 2013 at Okpara Square Enugu which involves artistes like Iyanya, Phyno, Olamide, Terry G, Burna Boy, Duncan Mighty, Nonny D, Wizboyy, Okey Bakassi, SeleBobo, Splash etc . The Event is brought to you by Enugu State Ministry Of Culture and Tourism Organized by Blue Sky Entertainment.
